The Music

There’s much to celebrate this year!

This season, Musicians of the Old Post Road was honored with the Noah Greenberg Award from the American Musicological Society for an unprecedented second time. The prize recognizes the rediscovery work of Co-Artistic Directors Suzanne Stumpf
and Daniel Ryan, rewarding their recent efforts to bring to light the music of Christoph Graupner.

Funds raised by this Gala will support the recording and production of the ensemble’s highly-anticipated eighth CD, which will
include the premiere recordings of four of Graupner’s pieces. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear these works performed live at the Gala!

Silent Auction

Tantalizing special experiences & unique art!

Silent Auction items include original artwork, handmade ceramics, a Block Island vacation getaway, a private observatory tour,
and gourmet desserts made to order. Musical experience from lessons to concert tickets will also be on offer.
